Our three-month program offers an extensive curriculum covering crucial aspects of life and well-being. Participants will attend a two-hour session once a week, covering:
- Health: Understanding the immune system, common ailments, chronic conditions, mental health, and more.
- Nutrition: Differentiating between Pranic, Non-pranic, and Zero-pranic foods, the importance of fasting, and tailored dietary recommendations.
- Yogasanas: Practices for stomach and spine health, joint and muscle flexibility, and overall well-being.
Additionally, the program include:
- Classical Singing Workshop
- Classical Dance Workshop
- Mantra Chanting Workshop
- Various health related workshop
